Design:
The CoroDrill DE10 replaceable head drill is ahigh-performance drill with replaceable tip and M5 geometry for a seamless plug-and-play experience. Robust design of housing, interface and tip for a safe process at all times. Thanks to the optimized geometry, CoroDrill DE10 replaceable head drills maintain the good hole quality longer, even after corner wear. The peak performance of the CoroDrill DE10 is achieved at high feed rates and speeds, where its unique geometry, high-performance grades and robust design come into play.

Application:
Replaceable head drill that masters productive short hole drilling in all materials. The grade GC4334 primarily for steel is used in Zertivo technology and is provided with a PDV-TiAlN coating.

Our patented pre-tension interface offers exceptional strength and high clamping forces. Optimized contact points between the replaceable head and drill body ensure excellent centering capabilities and higher concentricity. In general, more interchangeable heads can be used per drill body.
