The SYLVAC SCAN S145 is designed for non-contact measurement of large turned parts up to Ø 145 mm and 1280 mm in length, with a maximum weight of 100 kg. Thanks to complete 2D scanning in just a few seconds, inspection times are greatly reduced, scrap is minimized, and overall productivity is increased — all while preserving part integrity.

Intuitive operation
With its touchscreen control panel and intuitive Reflex SCAN+ software, the machine is easy to use with no programming required. The dynamic LED indicator provides immediate feedback (GO/NG) and guides the operator throughout the measurement process. Even in challenging workshop conditions, automatic recognition and one-click measurement ensure efficient operation.

Precision and efficiency
The S145 is equipped with a bi-telecentric optical system and a high-resolution CMOS camera, ensuring outstanding precision even on long parts. It includes a motorized headstock with an integrated and protected daily standard, a quick release clamping system, and temperature sensors to compensate for environmental variations. Optionally, it can be fitted with a tilting system for complete thread measurements.

Perfect integration
Delivered with a PC (Windows 11 multilingual) and Reflex SCAN+ software, the S145 integrates seamlessly into your workflow. Also available in an Automation Ready version for direct integration into automated processes.
