The SYLVAC SCAN S25T is specifically designed for non-contact measurement of small cylindrical parts up to Ø 26 mm and 200 mm in length. With a complete 2D scan in under 3 seconds, inspection time is reduced, scrap is minimized, and productivity is increased, all while preserving part integrity without risk of damage during quality control.

Intuitive operation
The new touchscreen panel allows for simple and fast operation directly in the workshop.
The Reflex SCAN+ concept and dynamic LED indicator (GO/NG) provide real-time feedback on part status. Automatic recognition and one-click measurement make the system easy to use, with no programming required.

Precision and efficiency
The S25T incorporates a bi-telecentric optical system and high-resolution CMOS camera, ensuring exceptional accuracy. Equipped with the Sylvac tilting system (0–30°), it allows complete thread measurements. The precision tailstock includes an integrated and protected daily standard, complemented by a quick-change accessory system. Integrated temperature sensors ensure reliable results under all conditions.

Perfect integration
Delivered with a PC (Windows 11 multilingual) and Reflex SCAN+ software, the S25T integrates easily into your workflow. Also available in an Automation Ready version for direct integration into production processes.
