Metal detectable safety knives MARTOR

The MDP safety knives from MARTOR are made of a high-quality, metal-detectable plastic that can be recovered even in the smallest parts. The metal handles are stainless, unpainted - and thus protected against chipping. The safety knives meet the requirements of the framework regulation EC 1935/2004 and EU 10/2011 and are therefore suitable for direct contact with food.
