Sulphur-free, mineral oil-free, low consumption, high performance, can be washed away using water. This cutting oil foam is ideal for: Thread cutting, tapping, centring, broaching and clearing by reaming, drilling and milling. The cutting oil foam is suitable for targeted application at the processing location. The areas of application include all ferrous and non-ferrous metals, e.g. non-alloyed or alloyed steel. Also suitable for all types of cast iron such as cast steel, malleable cast iron, die-cast iron, copper and its alloys e.g. brass cast iron and red cast iron, and all chromium-nickel alloys. Good compatibility; can be used as a performance enhancer for all water-miscible cooling lubricants.
