Based on the SUBITO SU internal measuring instrument, this modular system has been developed to cover larger measuring ranges using replaceable measuring heads. Very good repeatablilty of 0.5 µm with accuracy max. 2 µm depending on size of instrument. Dial gauges, fine pointers or other transducers with a shaft Ø of 8 mm can be used.
