The battery-powered device with illuminated display can measure the moisture content of firewood and construction timber (pallets) as well as gypsum and cement. In addition, the unit measures the ambient temperature. Compared to its predecessor, this model impresses with its new innovative design with rubberised handles and retractable measuring probes as well as the handiness and technical finesse due to a new chip technology.
With two measuring tips, measuring range 6 to 50 percent, whereby the optimum residual moisture for firewood should be below 18 percent. Quick reading of the measured values via LCD display, incl. 4 batteries, device dimensions 95 x 45 x 28 mm.
